Questions

What does 'untagged' mean?

The producer tag you hear in the preview is removed from every purchased file.

Can I release on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok?

Yes on every tier. Basic has stream and sales caps and covers 1 music video (a video on YouTube or TikTok counts toward it), Premium has a sales cap (see above); Exclusive has none.

Do I have to credit you?

Basic and Premium: yes — 'Prod. SIGIL' in the title or description. Exclusive: no.

What happens when someone buys Exclusive?

The beat is removed from the store. Existing non-exclusive licenses remain valid, and the Exclusive buyer must not claim uses made under them.

Can I put the beat in Content ID?

Basic and Premium: no — leased beats must not be registered in YouTube Content ID or similar fingerprinting systems. Exclusive: allowed at your own risk, but uses under licenses sold before your purchase must not be claimed (see the Terms of Sale).

Can I upgrade later?

Yes, while the beat is on sale. Buy the higher tier for the same beat through this site's checkout, then email us both order numbers within 14 days: we refund what you actually paid for the earlier license, so you pay only the difference. Payment only through this site's checkout — never by card transfer or a payment link sent in a message. The upgrade falls under the Terms of Sale current at that time.

Refunds?

Digital goods: once the download is available, the purchase can't be withdrawn where the law allows. Defective files are replaced. See the Terms of Sale.
